Local Business Boost Program 2023 Grant Recipient: Country Soul

A retail store carrying country and western clothing for men, women, and children, including clothing, boots, hats, jewelry, and accessories. We also have an online store, using the product directly from our store. The store, which is owned by Debra Palino and opened in 2016, also has an ecommerce site that is operated internally.

LOCAL BUSINESS BOOST PROGRAM NARRATIVE CASE STUDY

Country Soul
605 Main Street, Hyannis

Although they have a functioning online presence, they would love to increase it and increase their sales online on their Shopify site. They get orders from all over the country, but they have no idea how the customers found them. They also expressed frustration with their lighting system as it is inefficient and fades their clothes. And Debra would like to learn how to use Quickbooks effectively so she can be confident about her records.

A great experience all around. Love Live Local has been a great support and a huge help. They put me in direct contact with Cape Light Compact and they put energy saving lights throughout the shop, which is a huge win for us.

Debra Palino, Country Soul
