Acceptance notifications will be sent beginning May 15. 
The Love Local Fests are unique events to Cape Cod that attract over 15,000 people throughout the festival season. They are to celebrate shopping local and the Cape Cod community, and are promoted throughout the year through print, online and on-air media, as well as through our digital and social media channels.

I just want to say that we had the best time at your event. I have been all over the country to events that stand on the international and national stage - however my mom, sister and myself all agreed that this was the best yet! The vibe, the weather and the people were just so encouraging and supportive. Your team was kind and helpful. I can’t even explain how good we felt leaving.

Please note: We only accept applications from local makers and growers based on Cape Cod, and the businesses that support them.

The Love Local Fests occur the last Sunday in July and September and the first weekend in December. Each event is free and open to the public and features the work of nearly 100 Cape Cod makers, artisans, artists, farmers and local businesses, along with local entertainment and opportunities to connect with the community.

Please read the following information in its entirety before submitting an application.

All potential participants must submit an application on the form below. Submissions will be reviewed and considered, but acceptance is not guaranteed for this highly curated event.

Vendors with a desire to participate in the events must submit a new application every year. Prior participation does not mean automatic acceptance into the program.

Please note we strive to make our Fests great experiences for our attendees and our vendors, so we have limited spaces for different groupings of vendors. The products you list on your application must be the products you plan to sell at the events. We currently do not accept applications from services, nonprofits, or other organizations.

Vendor Fees are $175**

**Love Local Field Guide Advertisers $150

Once your application has been accepted, you will have:

  • An invitation to our Pre-Fest Maker Mixer, held at Love Live Local’s retail shop + HQ on June 21st
  • A reserved 10×10 space for your business at the Love Local Fest
  • A virtual showcase for your products throughout our online Fest
  • Exclusive access to the Love Local Facebook Group for current Fest vendors only. Post and promote your products!
    Active only during the month after each Fest
  • Opportunities for sales and collaborations through crossover events and recommendations
  • Custom marketing by Love Live Local in our “Vendor Spotlights” that are shared on Instagram and Facebook
  • Access to the Love Live Local network and the Love Local Fest community

All shows take place outdoors. July and September at Aselton Park in Hyannis and December at the Hyannis Village Green, as well as online on a dedicated page on our website. We provide specific information about each event at various points before the festival and we keep vendors as up-to-date as we can.

At the outdoor events each vendor is responsible for providing a 10×10 tent. White is preferable. You can find them at your local hardware store. As we cannot guarantee access to Wifi, personal hotspots are recommended for any vendor who relies on internet access. Electricity is limited to certain areas, please inquire in advance with specific needs.

Vendor Hours: July + September: 11am-5pm / December Show: 10am-4pm

Set up time, parking instructions and other details are sent out to vendors prior to the show.

  • Pre-payment for each event is required. No refunds will be given. 
  • Event is rain or shine.
  • I will familiarize myself with all vendor communications and instructions pertaining to day-of procedures and protocols including but not limited to arrival times, parking, unloading and loading of supplies, waste disposal, etc.
  • I am participating in the spirit of community and will treat my fellow vendors and customers with respect.
