On September 14th, cyclists from across Cape Cod will unite for the Second Summer Cycle, an unforgettable event that combines scenic routes, community spirit, and a shared mission to champion Cape Cod’s small business community. Riders of all levels will explore the Cape’s stunning landscapes, all while raising critical funds to support Love Live Local's advocacy and programs.
You can be part of this impactful event in several ways:
- Ride: Join us as a cyclist and pedal with purpose while experiencing the Cape’s beauty.
- Sponsor: Partner with us to make this event a success and showcase your support for local businesses.
- Donate: Every contribution helps us continue our vital work advocating for Cape Cod’s small businesses and fostering a thriving local economy.
What:
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong commitment to rider safety. The ride benefits 21 nonprofit organizations on Cape Cod. Ride a route of your choosing: 15, 34, 60 or 101 miles. The Finish Line Celebration will take place from 12PM-5PM with local bands, food trucks, and beverages provided by Barnstable Brewing Company, with Second Summer Cycle cans as memorabilia! All riders receive $30 in vouchers for food and beverage purchases.
100% of the funds raised by riders go directly to the beneficiary of their choice.

Riding for Love Live Local is a way to show my support for all local businesses on Cape Cod. As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate LLL efforts to build and maintain a vibrant, strong, and inclusive year round economy on Cape Cod. Fundraising for them is a way of investing in that economy. I’m looking forward to the challenge of riding the 70 miles and being part of a community of riders all supporting amazing causes on Cape Cod.
