Love Live Local’s Love Local Fests are events where people gather and to show their support for the local business community. They occur the last Sunday in July and September and the first weekend in December. Each event is free and open to the public and features the work of 75-120 Cape Cod makers, artisans, artists, farmers and local businesses, along with local entertainment and opportunities to connect with the community.
The summer festivals take place at Aselton Park on Hyannis Harbor. This is when we showcase an amazing collection of Cape Cod’s homegrown artists, artisans, farmers, food trucks, musicians + other independent makers.
Our Holiday Edition on the first full weekend in December is the ultimate holiday shopping experience with over 100 of the Cape’s best local vendors. The 2021 location is TBD.
The application period for the 2021 Fest season opens on May 15, 2021. We accept applications only from local makers and growers based on Cape Cod, and the businesses that support them. Please read the following information in its entirety before submitting an application.
The Love Local Fests are unique events to Cape Cod that attract thousands of people throughout the festival season. Love Live Local promotes the Fests throughout the year through traditional media, but also through our digital and social media channels.
Please note we strive to make our Fests great experiences for our attendees and our vendors, so we have limited spaces for different groupings of vendors. The products you list on your application must be the products you plan to sell at the events. We do accept applications from organizations and services; however, we only have a few spots available for that vendor category and we give preference to those who advertise in the Love Local Field Guide.
The cost for the summer festivals is $125 per day/$100 per day for Love Local Field Guide advertisers (these costs are subject to change if the format of the event changes)
The cost for the holiday festival is $200 for two days/ $150 for two days for Love Local Field Guide advertisers (these costs are subject to change if the format of the event changes)
Summer shows take place outdoors at Aselton Park in Hyannis, and online on a dedicated page on our website. We provide specific information about each event at various points before the festival – details are changing all the time, but we keep vendors as up-to-date as we can.
At the outdoor events each vendor is responsible with providing a white (exceptions may be made) 10×10 tent. We cannot guarantee access to Wifi, personal hotspots are recommended for any vendor who relies on internet access. Electricity is limited to certain areas, please inquire with specific needs. Official vending hours are 11am to 6pm. Set up time and details are sent out to vendors prior to the show.
The two-day holiday show usually takes place indoors, without tents. Vendors are responsible for their entire set up including tables and chairs.
