OUTER FREQUENCIES, a newly established not-for-profit group dedicated to connecting Cape Cod audiences with independent artists and musicians, announces its debut event in Harwich Port. An all-ages concert featuring local and touring bands, including Lefty Grove, Plaza, Samuel S.C., and Savak, this event kicks off a developing series of live music, readings, and multimedia programs the group plans to produce periodically.
