Explore Cape Cod A Perfect Day in Hyannis

Breakfast at Daily Paper, Bangkok Kitchen takeout eaten at Bayview Street Beach watching the ferries, and Palio pizza to go at Covell's Beach for sunset. Paulo's #1 tip: Osterville Fish, Too plus Millway Beach with your chairs is the perfect low-key Cape Cod evening.

Start your day at:

Daily Paper on Main Street is my favorite breakfast spot. After breakfast I like to walk from Main Street to the Hyannis Harbor.

Spend your morning:

As a family we like to take our dog to Hathways Pond for a long walk around the pond.

Grab lunch at:

Bangkok Kitchen has great Thai cuisine -- get your take out and head to Bayview Street Beach and enjoy Lewis Bay and watch ferries go by.

Spend your afternoon:

Main Street Hyannis (Cape Cod's Downtown) has so much to offer, from shopping, dining, museum and an eclectic mix of restaurants and coffee shops.

Indulge in a treat at:

Washashore Bakery has the best treats -- their cupcakes are our family's favorites. Just remember to order ahead!

End your day at:

We often get takeout from Palio Pizzeria and head off to Covell's Beach for sunset and a late day dip with the kids.

Bonus -- Hidden Gem or Insider Tip:

Osterville Fish, Too for lunch or dinner -- walk to Millway Beach with your beach chairs. The perfect combination of casual Cape Cod seafood and beach front dining overlooking SNK.
