BECOME A VENDOR
Thanks for your interest in being a part of the LoveLocal Fests! The events take place from 11am-6pm on the last Sundays of July + September at Aselton Park in Hyannis, as well as our Holiday Show held indoors on the first full weekend on December. Please fill out the form and we will be in touch upon review (please allow two weeks for review).
Please note we strive to make our Fests great experiences for our attendees and our vendors, so we have limited spaces for different groupings of vendors. We do accept applications from organizations and services; however we give preference to those who advertise in the CapeMade Field Guide.
Applications for the 2019 LoveLocal Fest season are now open for CapeMade Field Guide advertisers only. Applications for everyone else open on May 1, 2019.
The cost for the summer shows is $125 per day ($100 per day for CapeMade Field Guide Advertisers). Prices are subject to a $15 increase if parking permits are required by the Town of Barnstable.
The cost for the two day holiday event is $200 ($150 for CapeMade Field Guide Advertisers)
For the summer shows: each vendor is responsible with providing a white (exceptions may be made) 10×10 tent, as well as tables and fixtures for their products. We cannot guarantee access to Wifi, personal hotspots are recommended for any vendor who relies on internet access. Electricity is limited to certain areas, please inquire with specific needs.
Tents are not allowed for the indoor events, and it is up to each vendor to bring their own tables/chairs/fixtures for their displays.
Summer Shows: Official vending hours are 11am to 6pm. Set up times are between 9am-10:30am. Vendors are assigned specific arrival times, and will be sent out a few days prior to the show.
Holiday Show: Vending Hours are 5pm-9pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday. Set up is available Friday evening from 5-8pm and Saturday 11am-4pm.
