10th annual Shelter from the Storm Concert
Tilden Arts Center
Friday, Feb. 17th 7-8:30 p.m.
The 10th annual Shelter from the Storm Concert is produced by students from Cape Cod Academy and will feature hundreds of local teens that will perform together from various high schools, the Cape Cod Conservatory, Dance Designs Studios and the Beth Walsh Dancers.
Singers, musicians and dancers will come together for this annual fundraising concert, which has raised over $100,000 for local non-profits over the years and has had a powerful and impressive impact on the community. Raised funds from Shelter concerts were able to help feed NOAH homeless shelter residents for four months, as well as fully fund the “Stand Down” project to aid homeless vets.
This year’s concert will donate all proceeds to support the Duffy Health Center’s Medication Assisted Treatment program for teens struggling with opioid addiction. This is an important topic that is near and dear to many on the Cape, especially these young students.
We are lucky to have a young generation motivated to make a difference, celebrate their creativity and give back to their community!
Tickets are available at the door: Adults $10 / Students $5.
