Although he’s no new kid on the block, we just can’t get enough of Chef Doug’s Foss Farms Sauce. We’ve been enjoying his marinara sauce for years made with five simple ingredients; tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil and sea salt…and it’s just simply perfect.
You can find him selling his sauce at farmers’ markets across the Cape including Chatham, Osterville and Brewster as well as retail shops like The Local Juice, Gray Gables Market, Cape Abilities and Cape Cod Beer to name a few.
We especially love his “Fosstabar” pop-up, our favorite dish is the Foss Farms with veggies and zucchini noodles! You can check him out at the September edition of our LoveLocal Fest on September 30th.
