Bluefins brings a fresh and urban vibe to the more traditional New England style downtown Chatham with modern details and a cool bar.

The area’s first sushi restaurant – using tuna caught by owner Andy Baler with his company Nantucket Fish Company out of the Chatham Fish Pier – has an extensive and excellent menu which not only includes sushi, as well as petite filet mignon with fresno pepper polenta, bok choy and pork belly; chicken breast with butternut squash, brussel sprouts, and enoki mushrooms and pork belly; and a wagyu beef burger with house-made wasabi pickles, tempura onion rings, as well as other seafood like wild Cape Cod mussels, Tokyo Blackened Tuna, and Pad Thai with the option to add shrimp and lobster.

The restaurant also has an extensive sake menu, wine list and craft cocktails like the Chatham Whites Cosmopolitan, the Beantown Panda Martini, and “Baler’s” Chatham Mai Tai.

All of these elements are a recipe for a great night out with friends.
